Every driver has different needs. Owner-operators shouldn't pay the same as a fleet. We built our pricing around that reality — so you only pay for what you actually need.
Here's what makes us different: Most consortiums charge every client $150/year regardless of fleet size — so a solo owner-op pays the same as a 40-truck fleet. We don't think that's right. A Focused prices per driver, so the smallest operators get the biggest break.
Drug Screening
$55 per 5-Panel DOT Drug Screening — charged to your credit card on file at the time of testing or shortly thereafter. We can accommodate any of your testing needs. Whether you require rapid non-DOT testing, a 10-Panel, DOT physicals / medical cards, or other specialized options, we’ve got you covered. We publicly list our DOT 5-Panel pricing because it is the standard required for pre-employment, random, and SAP testing under FMCSA regulations.

Does this satisfy FMCSA requirements?
Yes. A Focused Drug Consortium LLC maintains a fully compliant DOT random testing pool that meets all FMCSA requirements for CDL drivers and owner operators.
What if I need to test in a state I don't normally operate in?
No problem at all. Our nationwide network covers thousands of collection sites across all 50 states — and you'll never pay an extra fee to test somewhere new. Wherever the load takes you, we've got a site nearby.
How does the pre-generated code work?
Once you enroll today, we create your new account and you will receive your login credentials within 2–5 business days. Along with those credentials, you will receive four pre-generated codes — one for SAP testing, one for randoms, one for pre-employment, and one for post-accident. When a driver applies and it's time to drug screen, you simply share the pre-employment code with them. That code allows the driver to locate the closest testing facility near them. They walk in, show their CDL, the clinic scans it, and the ePassport is created automatically — no manual data entry, no paper chain of custody form, no back-and-forth calls. Your admin never has to fill out a form again.
