$55 per 5-Panel DOT Drug Screening — charged to your card on file at the time of testing. Enrollment fees above cover your annual pool membership only. We can accommodate any of your testing needs. Whether you require rapid non-DOT testing, a 10-Panel, DOT physicals / medical cards, or other specialized options, we've got you covered. We publicly list our DOT 5-Panel pricing because it is the standard required for pre-employment, random, and SAP testing under FMCSA regulations.
After-hours / on-site post-accident testing: Additional charges apply for the DOT 5-Panel depending on time and travel distance for the collector. You'll receive access to our full price sheet after signing up.
